Курс Master LMM предполагает изучение следующих дисциплин:
- Marketing
- This course offers an introduction to fundamental marketing concepts, to the orientation to the customer, the study of competence and the main virtues. The essential objectives deal with the knowledge of the key definitions and concepts in marketing;also the knowledge of the main activities in which marketing is used, the identification of applicable tools, techniques and strategies. This course also focuses on getting students familiar with marketing tactics (product strategy, price establisment,advertising, other ways of communication and distribution policy) and with marketing applications towards the creation and developing of an advertising campaign.
- Public Relations And Communication
- Communication campaign, selling team and its importance, public relations, promotion and advertising (selection of media, budget, efficiency assessment).
- Brand Equity
- Brand creation, management, development and protection. The “chain value” of brands, the communication contents. Identity and brand position, brand as a strategic resource (Identity & Brand image). Brand strategies: brand system, the brand level combination, brand extension. Brand management: the key holistic approach for brand management, internal brand management and the business administration (company values and corporate brand, the HR and “culture” of the organization, structure of the organization and role) and management with external targets (the classic communication tools, the customer relation CRM, new brand communication approach). Brand diagnosis: brand value, target market (brand image study), Millward Brown approach.
- Creativity Management
- How to use mental maps and lateral thinking techniques for managing the team decision process and for choosing successful projects.
- BUDGETING
- The entrepreneurial system (management models and decision-making functions), business plan (principles for the construction and analysis of a business plan), budget, financial communication, entrepreneurial economy and entrepreneurial strategy, governance, reporting, the enterprise’s financial communication.
